- Role & Responsibilities:-
- To define and model business requirements to deliver specification that reflects business needs.
- To delivers software requirement specifications.
- To collaborate with implementation team to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
- To collaborate with project management office to ensure timely delivery of product that meet business requirements and quality metrics.
- To collaborate with service support team to ensure IT service support meets business operational requirements.
- To elicit business requirements from business owners and users to ensure business requirement definition is complete by identifying key business drives, critical success factors, functional and non-functional requirement, and constraints.
- To understand and analyses business requirements to provide details plans, gap analysis and /or possible alternative strategies to accomplish goals.
- To documents business requirements from business owner and users to ensure business requirements are properly captured, managed and protected thus ensuring continuity of domain knowledge within the organization.
- To manage all customer driven communications (account management) to provide single point of contacts for the customers.
- Requirements & Experience:-
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related filed is required for this position.
- Minimum 2 years of business analysis experience, preferably in education, property, medical and retails industry.
- Strong knowledge of business of business modelling tools and techniques. (e.g UML, use cases, IEEE 12207, etc)
- Experience in .NET technologies will be highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies.
- Must be willing to travel.
2. Software Engineer
Job Description
- Role & Responsibilities:-
- Working with clients to define the scope of a project.
- Responsible for all stages of software development, from concept, design, prototyping to coding, testing and implementation upon reading, comprehend and convert various documented functional / technical specifications into technical design specifications.

Job Description
- Role & Responsibilities:-
- Primary:
- Responsible in supporting infrastructure catering for small to large pool of users.
- Responsible Wide Area Network infrastructure, with single or multiple type of connectivity, eg Lease Line, Ipsec/SSL VPN, DMVPN etc.
- Configures, tests, maintains, and support internal and customer's IT infrastructure and ensuring reliability and efficiency
- Daily maintenance and problem resolution, upgrades, and supporting network related issue related to corporate applications, internal corporate servers, user desktops, etc.
- Effective network management through the five tracks of configuration, performance, fault, security and administration management.
- Implementing and managing tools/system for network and performance monitoring.
